The Marciano brothers founded their first denim company in California in 1981. In that year, the first pair of Guess jeans was sold to Bloomingdales which marked the beginning of a huge success story for the Marciano brothers. Known primarily for their amazing denim designs, Guess has become a multi-dimensional company offering complete lines of clothing, accessories, handbags, shoes and jewelry.

Throughout the years, Guess has expanded globally and has become one of the single largest designer luxury companies in the world. Their unique approach to fashion and daring designs have been featured in TV shows and movies for many years. A huge element in the success of the guess label can be attributed to their long list of super hot, extremely sexy models. From Claudia Schiffer and Adrianna Lima (also a Victoria’s Secret supermodel) to Paris Hilton and Joshua Dunham, Guess jeans are worn by some of the most prestigious individuals in the world.

Guess’ Signature Style

Denim has always been the defining element in Guess designs. Their jeans are worn by millions of people all over the world and are considered to be one of the fastest selling denim labels in the industry. Guess’ cutting-edge styles are risky and sexy while still maintaining a level of class and sophistication. Unlike labels like Anne Klein or Ann Taylor, the Guess label is generally targeted towards a younger audience (mid teens to early 30’s).
